Scott Bell, From Prestige & Country Homes, Goes Under The Microphone

Scott Bell From Prestige & Country Homes

About Scott Bell

After thirty years working as an estate agent for other people, Scott Bell decided to go it alone.   He wanted to provide a select number of clients with a high-end service, so in 2019,  Prestige & Country Homes was born.

It will be difficult to find another estate agent, with his passion and drive, to bring his clients those little added extras that really sets him apart from his competition.

Whilst Prestige & Country Homes have no specific geographical boundaries, Scott has a particular passion for selling houses in Ramsbottom, Bury, because he loves the town so much.  Also, because he knows the area so very, having worked there for many years.

As the social media followers, including the company Facebook page, grows, so, too, does Scott’s reputation for being the estate agent to talk to about prestigious homes!

Prestige & Country Homes LogoWhat Is Prestige & Country Homes?

The Interview

This is just one of those feel good interviews that will get you supporting Scott and wishing him well.  In just twelve months Scott Bell has driven Prestige & Country Homes forward.  Despite the Lockdown periods, Scott has surpassed his initial targets and is becoming the ‘go to guy’ for anyone wanting to sell their property in and around the Ramsbottom, Bury, Manchester and Rossendale areas.

Three words to describe this interview are motivational, memorable and moving ( yes, this is a play on words, because it has a double meaning).

Enjoy listening!

Very Best Wishes,

Tracy Heatley
